Ose oji is taken with cucumber or garden eggs.
While growing up,my Mum serve special visitors with "ose oji" and garden eggs.
My Mum in law is expecting some special visitors tomorrow. I gladly made "ose oji" to serve them with garden eggs.😊#lagosstate#

2 cupsGroundnut
Salt
Vegetable oil
2 piecesEhuru seeds
1 teaspoonblack pepper
5big garden eggs

Wet the groundnut,salt it.sieve the sand and pour in a dry pot and leave on the heat to dry then pour in the groundnut.

Stir on low heat for 10-15minutes then pour in a sieve to sieve out the sand.

Set the groundnut and other ingredients ready(roast ehuru on the heat for 3minute)

Pour all the blend adding vegetable oil bit by bit and blend till is smooth.
