Knead a soft dough with all the above ingredients.Not too soft and not too tight.Should be as u can roll easily.Rest it fr 20min

Before starting to make parathas make the dough oily adding little oil with ur palms. Take a big portion of dough and roll it generously into a big roti size

Add ghee or oil on rolled roti. Sprinkle some dry wheat flour on it Now cut it into 1inch slits

Collect all the slits one upon each other

Fold it generously making a peda Like

Now with the help of using dry flour patting on it roll it into a small and thick paratha with light hands

Place it on heated tawa. flipon other side and cook on both sides golden crispy brown

Ur Makka paratha is ready to serve hot with tea, curd or any chutney of ur choice
