Steps

Heat oil in a wok, saute onion for a minute then add ginger-garlic paste in it and cook it well.

Now add tomatoes and cashew nuts in it and cook it until tomato becomes soft and mushy then switch off the flame and allow it to cool down a bit.

Now grind it into fine paste.

Heat oil in another wok and add ghee in it too then add turmeric and red chilli powder in it mix it well then add in your ground paste.

Now add coriander powder, salt and dry fenugreek leaves in it and cook well.

Then add matar/peas and green chillies in it cook it for a minute or two then add water as per your requirement and cook it well.

Then add Garam masala powder, cream and paneer cubes in it mix them well and cook it for 4-5 minutes then switch off the flame.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Your matar paneer is ready to serve now.
