Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsCottage cheese
  2. 4Sliced Onion
  3. 2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  4. 4green chillies chopped
  5. 3tomato finely chopped
  6. 2 tablespooncashew paste
  7. 1/2 cupcurd
  8. 2 teaspoonchilli powder
  9. 2 teaspoonkitchen king masala
  10. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  11. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 4 tablespoonoil
  14. 2 tablespoonfresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cheese into medium size.heat oil in a work.fry onion and cheese.

    To the same oil put ginger garlic paste chopped green chilli chopped tomato stir fry for 2 minutes. Add half of onion cheese cashew paste dry spices salt 1/4cup water mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

    Beat curd and add to gravy. Cook for 5 minutes again.

  4. 4

    In the last sprinkle remained onion coriander leaves and cream. Serve witn naan or roti.
