Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupsuagr
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 1 tspyeast
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg/cinnamon
  • 1large egg & Butter 3 tbspns
  • Sugar Glazing
  • 1/2 cupicing sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Powdered milk
  • Food colour
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients, add butter mix together break egg and mix all together

  2. 2

    Add little water and keep mixing till you make a soft dough

  3. 3

    Roll out and cut shape using a doughnut cutter

  4. 4

    Allow to rise for thirty minutes then fry in hot oil

  5. 5

    For sugar glazing, Add icing sugar, milk,vanilla extract, water and desired food colour mix all together, dip doughnuts in it to for glazing. Sprinkle some sprinkles on top to beautify...bon appetite ❤️
