Firstly blanch meethi leaves for 10 minutes.

Now take 2 cups of water in with sugar, cardamom powder and Boil it.

Then take homemade Paneer and mash it with palm.

Now mash methi leaves and add in paneer and mash it nicely.

Then make small balls and put in sugar syrup and Boil it for 10 minutes and take it out from sugar syrup.

Now boil the milk for rasmalai add almond paste and cashew nut paste boil for 10 mins, then add saffron strands and boil for another 10 mins.

After that squeeze the meethi Rasgulla from sugar syrup and put into Rasmalai and garnish with dry fruits, before serving put into fridge for cooling.
