Ingredients

10mins
4 servings
  • 1 cupdried Karkashi
  • 1 tablespoonCrayfish
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 cupswater
  • Fish stew

Steps

10mins
  1. 1

    Blend karkashi leaves with a dry blender. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Put water in a pot and put on fire. Allow to boil.

  3. 3

    Add in crayfish, stir. Add in the Karkashi leaves and stir for while.

  4. 4

    Keep vigil as it can over flow when boiling. Put off heat after 5mins.

  5. 5

    Serve with Stew and preferred swallow.
