First chop betel leaves and fry in oil till crispy

In the same oil add udad dal and fry till golden. Add pinch of hing. Add pepper powder and saute

Add fried betel leaves, cooked rice and salt to taste. Mix two spoon ghee

Garnish with fried betel leaves and serve hot. Feel very tasty for this chilli winter
