Boil chicken a bit with salt garlic and ginger.. Strain the water

Take a bowl put 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon flat of garam masala a pinch of turmeric powder mix it..add to the boiled chicken..

Put bread crumbs in a plate and blend eggs put in a different plate.. Put oil in a pan on the gas.. Take pieces of chicken dip them in the eggs and then on bread crumbs and slide them in the oil... Shallow fry.. Served with chips
