Ingredients

  1. 5-6boiled potatoes
  2. 4-5French bean
  3. 1Carrot
  4. 1 inchGinger
  5. 2Green Chilli
  6. 1Oinon
  7. 2 tbspeas
  8. as neededBeetroot
  9. 1 tbschopped green coriander
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tbslemon juice
  12. 1 tbsRed chilli powder
  13. 1 tbscoriander poqder
  14. 1/2 tbscumin powder
  15. 1 tbsGaram masala
  16. 1 tbschat masala
  17. 3 tbsMaida
  18. 1.5 tbsCornflour
  19. as neededBread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped all vegetables

    Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash it.

  3. 3

    Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, green chilli and ginger. After 2-3 minutes, add all chopped vegetables and masala. Saute 5-6 minutes.

    Now add mashed potato. Mix lemon juice, chat masala and salt to taste. Mix well.

    Take it out in a bowl. Now take tough of potato mixture and give a desired (Heart) shape.

    Take maida in a bowl. Mix cornflour, salt and red chilli powder. Add water and mix well. Now dip heart shaped potato mixture in maida ghol and then coat with bread crumbs.

    Now heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown on low medium flame.

    Veg Cutlets is ready.

    Serve with Green Coriander chutney and tomato chilli chutney.
