In this recipe all ingridents are used healthy and serve as a chaat also.
Steps

Heat a pan and heat oil/ghee add jeera once the jeera crackle add hing.

Add ginger garlic green chilli and saute for few seconds.

Add onion tomato and haldi powder and saute for 1 minutes.
- 4
Then add boiled dal, sprouts and soaked quinoa and mix well.
- 5
Cook for two minutes and add chaat masala, salt and green chilli.
- 6
Toss for 2-3 minutes and transfer in bowl.
- 7
Garnish with cherry tomato, coriander leaves.
- 8
Serve with pulav and paratha.
