Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower florets
  2. Mince meat
  3. Tomato paste
  4. Salt and seasoning of choice
  5. Roast cumin
  6. Scotch bonnet
  7. Seasoning of choice
  8. Veg oil
  9. Onions
  10. Tumeric powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat veg oil add onions and fry till translucent.

  2. 2

    Add mince meat and grated scotch bonnet,spice it up to your taste.

  3. 3

    Allow to cook,add tomato paste,tumeric and cauliflower

  4. 4

    Add a cup of water and allow to cook on medium heat.

  5. 5

    Serve with bread.
