Vegetable Jollof rice with stewed chicken and gizzard

Ground tomatoes, pepper, tatashe, chilli pepper into fine paste. Boiled until water dries.

Fry the tomatoes paste with groundnut oil, garlic, add seasoning cubes, salt, curry, thyme and bay leaves and allow to fry dry.

Boil water and pour inside the uncooked rice and wash to remove starch

Add water inside the stew add the rice and taste for salt. Stir and allow to cook until rice is tender and water almost dried. Add the vegetables and allow for 5mins, stir and Jollof is ready. Served with chicken
