Ingredients

  • 1banana stem
  • 1/2 glasswater
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonlemon juice
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First take out the outer layer of the stem keep only the core of the stem cut it to small pieces and grind with water in a mixy. Now strain it add salt jeera powder and lemon to it and drink everyday to drain out kidney stones if any from the body.
