Steps

Remove skin and grate papaya. In a pan heat the oil and stir fry the papaya for a minute.
Remove and transfer in a serving dish. Once cool garnish with some roasted peanuts, pomegranate seeds, coriander and chilli flakes.
This salad tastes best with roasted peanut and is the key ingredients. - 2
