Fry 10-12 cashewnuts,2 garlic cloves 1red chilli.Add 1 onion,2tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1green chilli and salt.Blend all and makes the cashew chutney.

Serve the gajar ki sholey with cashewnut chutney.
