In a pan spread butter on bread nd toast till golden on both side.

Drizzle oil in a pan add in scotch bonnet frg then add carrot fry fry then add tomatoes(to release it water)fry then add spinach and seasonings of choice then lastlt add cocumber close with lid nd turn off heat,put the veg.mix in between toasted bread,divide in half nd server.(it actually helps alot when it comes to dieting to loosing weight)
