Combine sprouted ragi, potato,besan,Salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala powder,cumin powder,in a bowl and mix well.

Add chopped coriander leaves,mint leaves and chopped fresh red chilli and onion mix well.

Spread oats on a plate. Add breadcrumbs and mix well

Divide the mixture in to equal portions and shape them into cutlets.Coat the oats breadcrumbs mixture.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden from both sides.

Combine Mayonnaise and red chilli sauce in bowl and mix well

Serve with red chilli mayo sauce.
