Ingredients

  • 5-6Carrot(grated)
  • 500 gmmilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • As neededalmonds
  • As neededcashews
  • PinchCardamom powder
  • As neededrose for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat milk and boil it.

  2. 2

    Add grated carrot in it and stir it well.

  3. 3

    Add sugar now and cook it for 1 hr almost till the milk get half.

  4. 4

    Serve it a plate with roses and garnish with dry fruits.
