Steps

Slice bread diagonally about 3/4 inch thick.

Mix together the eggs, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon & salt. Beat with hand beater until thoroughly combine.

Dip bread into egg and yogurt mixture, allowing each piece to soak up some of the mixture.

Fry in frying pan or hot griddle until golden brown on each side.
