Steps

Firstly wash and boil potatoes with Little salt and mash it and keep aside.

In a Kadai put oil and when heating put little jeera and mustard seeds when crackles put Onions pieces,stir fry few mins, when it becomes pinkish put ginger garlic paste green chillies and tomatoes cubes and put all Masala including salt,and stir fry few mins

Thn put mashed potatoes and grated Paneer and Cheese over it cook for a while

Then in a one bread slice, spread butter and mashed potatoes Masala and other bread slice put mint green chutney,then press and put in Tawa and make toast both

Lastly serve with pudina chutney and tomato sauce
- 6
Ready to serve hot and yummy it taste and sprinkle Cheese
