Steps

Soak bajri in hot water for at least 6 hr. Semi Crush bajri with hand crusher.

Soak daal and rice for 30min.

Take a pressure cooker and add crushed bajri, soaked daal and rice, salt as require, hing, 1 1/2cup water, and keep on slow flame for 12-15 min. Add water gradually as require.

Set the consistency like kadhi, and lock the cooker now. Do 1 Whistle and cool down a little.

Heat ghee in a tadka pan. Add jeera and hing. Turn off heat add then add Turmaric powder and chilli powder. (Tadka is optional step, u can enjoy as it is, simple)

Add into khichadi and mix well.

Serve hot with kadhi. Or with your full meal, with flavourful sabji or rassa vali sabji.
