Cooking Instructions

Keep ready spices which is going to use for gravy for making tomato puree take a quick way I just hold it tomato with the help of knife so that the skin gets peeled by heat and then remove the skin easily grate the tomato with cheez grater.

The puree is ready boil the green peas by the time you prepare other things to make your gravy fast now heat oil and add tez patta, clove, and jeera saute till jeera spluters.

Now add onion and green chilli saute till onion gets soft and then add tomato puree and all the spices and salt mix well.

Now take the same water which we boiled green peas when it's done take the same hot remaining water and add the coconut milk powder and mix well make sure there should be no lumps and check the masala if it is leaving oil from side.

Now add prepared milk to the masala and add green peas and mix well

Cook the gravy for 10 minutes no need much to cook because we have already boiled peas check the thickness of gravy if you want more thin gravy you can add more water check salt when u add additional water and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot and delicious green peas gravy with chapati or jeera rice.
