Cook fish and cow skin with seasoning

Add other ingredients including palm oil to the fish stock,add more water if needed and allow to cook

Add the ogbono and leave to thicken then add in the sliced fresh okro and leave againg to cook for some minutes.

Add the shredded and washed ugwu leaf and allow to simmer and your soup is ready.

Put water on the cooker and leave to boil,add your semolina and turn till it sticks together
