Mix the water and salt and set aside

Sift together the flour in the bowl of a food processor
- 3
Cut up the butter into cubes and slowly add in while pulsing the mixture

Add water to the mixture and pulse again about three times.

Add the dough onto a floured board
- 6
Roll the dough a couple of time and then refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Remove from the fridge onto a powdered board and roll out again
- 8
Now your dough is ready to be moulded and cooked
