Ingredients

  • 2 bunchspinach
  • 1brinjal
  • 1potato
  • 1/4pumpkin
  • 1 tspfive spice
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the vegetables and spinach

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add vegetables and saute adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    Add spinach chopped and saute well till it is soft

  5. 5

    Add sugar as everything get cooked and serve.
