1/2kgs maize flour
punch of salt
2ltrs clean water

1

Weigh exact 2ltrs clean water
2

Put it on sufuria then boil it
3

On reaching boiling point add salt to water then stir
4

Put your flour stir it to make it fine then reduce the heat
5

After ten to twenty minutes whilst stiring put off the heat
6

The ugali is ready to be served with anything available
