Clean n boil the peas in salty water

Drain excess water after done n set aside

Heat your pan with oil n saute onions till pink. Add grated garrlic

Add carrots
- 5
Add salt,tomatoes n tomato paste until they are tender. Add the peas n stir
- 6
Add very little water to avoid them sticking at the bottom of the pot. Cook for 7-10 mins add coriander n mix. serve
