Ingredients

  • 500 gmcarrot(gazar) chopped
  • 1 cupmatar
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspcumin
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 2 tbspcoriander
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

    Heat oil add cumin

  2. 2

    Add gazar,matar and all spices,mix and cover it

  3. 3

    Meanwhile stir it and cook with cover a lid and check if vegetable are soft then off the flame and serve
