  1. Chopped arrow roots
  2. Chopped sweet potatoes
  3. Salt water
  4. Cooking oil

    Put 2tbs oil in a sufuria then the arrow roots and sweet potatoes

  2. 2

    Add some 2 cups of water then a pinch of salt to the mixture

  3. 3

    Allow it to cook for some time

  4. 4

    Serve hot with deep fried beef
