
Oven fried chicken tenders

Place large roasting pan on rack of cold oven; add oil. Heat oven to 425°f.

Meanwhile, whisk buttermilk and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Combine flour, seasoning, paprika and garlic powder in shallow dish. Dip chicken into flour mixture, then buttermilk then again into flour mixture. Place on plate in single layer.

Place chicken in roasting pan in oven. Bake 6 minutes. Turn; bake 6 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink in center. Season with salt and pepper.
