Steps

Take a fry pan heat the oil and fry cheese with the coating of refined flour.

Now take another pan and add 2 tsp oil and add onions, capsicums and saute it

Add salt, red chilli powder, soya sauce, vinegar, food colour and mix it.

Now add cheese and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

Garnishing with coriander leaves

Serve it
