Cheese - any or all oddments you may have
Chutney
1little soft butter if needed
Worcester sauce

Grate the cheeses, and mix well together in a bowl with a good tablespoon of chutney and some Worcester sauce to taste. If the mixture won’t bind, ad a little softened butter. Pack into a dish and refrigerate until needed.
