1/2 cupcurd
2 tbsppeanuts
Green chilli 1,2chopped
1/2 cuponion chopped
1tomato chopped
1/2 cupcapsicum
1carrot chopped
leavesCoriander
1 tspEno
to tasteSalt
Oil for greasing

Take a bowl add semolina,curd,all veggies, salt

Mix well then place the vessel..mix eno just before spread idli batter in it

Serve hot with nariyal chutney
