Mix ingredients together to form dough and keep in fridge for 30 min

On a flat surface roll out dough and cut in desired shapes

Fill dough with fillings and fold

Use fork to pierce and press down edges

Whisk egg with water n use to seal edges and brush pie with egg wash to get shining pies

Bake at 170c for 20 mins

For the fillings I used minced meat,diced carrots, seasoning and potatoes
