Fried vegetables rice

Wash and drain your uncooked rice,and set aside.

Put oil on heat and fry your rice

Cut all your veggies and drain

Put oil in a pot and sauté the ground pepper lightly.

After you sauté the pepper add the stock,seasoning's,curry powder and a little amount of water good enough to cook the rice and leave to boil.

After the water is boiled add the fried drained rice and cook.

When the rice is about cook bring the vegetables and simmer for some minutes your rice is ready serve With any of pepper soup or peppered chicken
