Take a bowl and add besan, sooji, curd, sugar, salt, baking soda, turmeric powder and oil.Add water and make batter of it. Keep it aside for 15 mins.

Grease the idli stand and let the water boil. After 15 mins add the batter in idli stand and steam it.

Keet it for 10 mins. Check with knife if it is cooked properly.

Take out the idli in a big plate. Take a wok. Heat little oil. Add rai / sarso, hing, kari patta and green chillies in it. Fry for few seconds and then add sugar in it. Add water and let it melt properly. Spread it over the dhokla idlies. Garnish with coriander leaves.
