Put the chicken into a pan with all the ingredients except the onions, Dhania, tomato paste and capsicum. Cover and add a little water at high heat then start turning after about 4-5 minutes

Reduce heat and add the onions, capsicum, Dhania. Switch off after 10mims, leave to breath and serve with rice which was cooked plain😎
