Take a bowl add lemon juice and sugar. Mix it well. Add soda.

Mix all the ingredients n add little little water.

Make soft dough.

Take Chakri maker, grease it, fill the dough n make Chakri on flat surface. I used kitchen platform.

Now take a deep pan add oil for frying n put it on low flame. With the help of flat spatula take Chakri from the flat surface n drop them in hot oil.

Fry them till it get pinkish on low flame.

Note:
1) If u want Chakri should be soft than use soda.. other wise no need. Get crispy n crunchy Chakri. - 9
Note:
2) Can use curd also it should be sour (khatta). Than use less ghee/ cream n don't use lemon.3) Make 6-7 Chakri in one batch. One in oil n another should be on surface. Don't make it all together other wise it will get separated in oil.
