First of all sundry your cassava pulps/shafts. Blend and sieve.

In a bowl of your flour, mix the salt, sugar, baking powder and yeast together and add some water. Mix again properly and then add your onion and pepper and mix together. Cover for about 20 mins to rise.

Deep fry till it's golden brown and your yummy buns is ready. You spread some mayonnaise. Trust me, the taste is totally out of this world 😋😋😋

NB: I know most of y'all will be wondering and would be like "yeast,pepper and onion inside bun"? Well, buns don't need yeast brighter does it need pepper and onion. But, I added the yeast cause I wanted the inside to be fluffy and the pepper and onion was also my choice too. You'd wanna try this tomorrow and thank me.
