Rinse and blend the fresh pepper,boil for 10minutes.Heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onion for 2minutes then pour in the fresh pepper to fry add salt and fry for at least 10minutes.

Peel,slice and put salt on sweet potatoes.Heat up vegetable oil and fry for 2minutes on a medium heat.
