Roast sesame seeds in a pan until it changes it's colour slightly,let them cool and then coarsely ground them in mixer jar and keep aside.

For stuffing -- in a pan add ghee, milk,malai and milk powder, stir continuously until it becomes in lump form.Add food colour and chopped nuts,mix well and switch off the flame.stuffing is ready,let it cool for a while then make equal size of small balls from it.

In a pan add sugar and 2-3 tbsp water, stir until sugar dissolves completely, add ground sesame seeds,milk powder and stir continuously until it becomes thick, (if mixture looks dry then you can add 1-2 tbsp milk) switch off the heat and let it cool.

Divide sesame mixture into 4 -5 equal portions, grease your palm with little ghee, take a part flatten it, place prepared mawa ball in it,close nicely and make it round.prepare all laddu similarly.

Coat each laddu with roasted sesame seeds, place almonds on top and garnish with silver vark.

Stuffed sesame mawa laddu is ready.
