Wash peel and cut potatoes, beans, onion.....

Heat oil in a kadahi..Add cumin seeds, onion and hing..... When onion turns red add turmeric and chilli powder....

Now add bean and potato mix well... Now add salt to taste and some water mix well and cover it.. And leave for 10 minutes on medium flame....

Open it mix well add garam masala and sabji masala and coriander leaves.....

Sem aloo sabji is ready.....

Eat with roti/ paratha...😋
