  1. 6potatoes cut into chips
  2. 2tbsn oil
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tspdhana jeera
  5. Few mustard seeds, cumin seeds
  6. Lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tbschilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a frying pan, add oil, mustard seed, cumin seeds

    Once they splatter add potatoes and the ingredients

    On low heat keep stirring to avoid sticking on the pan

    Once done, add lemon juice and sprinkle dhania and serve
