Steps

In a bowl, sift your flour, add yeast, sugar, butter/margarine and oil

Make a well and pour warm water, knead until you have a firm but soft dough.

Brush the dough with little oil and cover, let it double in size.

Once it has doubled, pubch it down, kneading again. Cut into sizeable balls.

Place them on a lined baking tinbrush them with eggwash. Sprinkle alittle sesame and let it proof the second time.

When it has doubled in size, You can make small cut using a sharp knife.

Baje for 20 5o 25 mins or until it turns golden colour and its well baked.

Remove and let it cool on a rack.

Enjoy with soup or cup of tea.
