  • Rice
  • Fish already seasoned
  • Tomatoes
  • leafVegetable Ugu
  • Maggi
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Vegtable oil
  • Salt
  • Spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil ur white rice till is done and keep aside

  2. 2

    Cut and wash the Ugu leaf and parboil half done and keep aside

  3. 3

    Fry your tomatoes with vegetable oil, add onions and salt till its dried

  4. 4

    Add other spices and required amount of water

  5. 5

    Mix and taste

  6. 6

    Then serve with rice and Ugu leaf
