  • 1Maggi
  • Salt
  • Onions
  • Groundnut oil
  • Yaji spices

    After washing snail properly with alum

    A picture of step 1 of Fried snail & yaji.
  2. 2

    Put it in a pot and boil it with the maggi and salt with onions until it is soft

  3. 3

    Then fry it in hot oil

  4. 4

    Serve it with yaji spices so yummy
