Cut 1 inch thick pieces of sausage. Flatten slightly. I crumble the sausage with my spatula through the cooking process. Cook in pan until done

Prepare another skillet for your pancakes. I use a little oil, to make the edges of the pancakes crispy.

Add pancake mix to pan...then add crumbled sausage on top.

Add a slice of cheese

Then another sausage pancake on top.
