Steps

Wash the Guavas and cut then into pieces with peel and seeds. Boil them in pressure cooker with beetroot puree and half cup of water till soft on low heat.

Cool and blend in mixie to get pulp. Pass through a sieve and discard seeds.

Return puree to the pan, with sugar and citric acid Cook over a low heat until the sugar is dissolved, then rise the heat to medium and cook stirring constantly until the mixture is very thick and is coming away from the sides of the pan.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment and pour the mixture into it to cool. Smooth it out evenly.

Now it needs to cool and dry out a bit for a day or so. It is ready when it can be cut.

Cut into desired shape or into flower’s shape and Coat the with powdered sugar.You can decorate flowers with sugar silver balls.
