Steps

Boil the liver with ginger and salt in 2 cups of water.

Fry the onions and garlic till translucent.

Add the grated tomatoes. And cook for about two minutes.

Add the spices. And cook for two more minutes.

Add the liver and cook for about a minute.

Cover and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.

Add a half a cup of water and cook on high heat for 5 minutes

Add the capsicum and turn off the cooker.
- 9
Enjoy with spinach and your ugali.
